CACI-Mission Engineering & Support All Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) JICC will provide embedded analytical network support to SOCNORTH and other government agencies to share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
- Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), specifically Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis
- Retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information developing products to support the mission.
Responsibilities
- Serves as embedded Intel and Target Analyst.
- Supervises the development of detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
- Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
- Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
- Support sensitive activities with all source analysis
- Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
- Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), specifically Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis
Other
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, an associate degree and 15+ years of experience, or 20+ years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting SOF in a deployed environment.
- Experience directly supporting SOF operations directly.
- Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
- Be prepared to deploy as necessary for mission support and surge requirements.
- Willingness to undergo CI Poly for access to required systems.
