QinetiQ US is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to perform analysis of specialized and/or technical data, make assessments and recommendations, and prepare documentation related to associated data and analysis for their company, Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC.
Requirements
- Familiar with DoS , NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence products
- Knowledge of common intelligence community networks: Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases.
- Experience with CPE, BLUESTEELE, CARS, DX, FOREMAN, GATEKEEPER, GRAPEVINE, WRANGLER, ArcGIS, ARCMap, Splunk, Palantir, and other IC tools and services.
Responsibilities
- Conducts all-source intelligence analysis and analytical intelligence report writing using customer-provided accesses and tools and according to standards regarding clarity, conciseness, and terminology
- Display a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures
- Ability to navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis
- Ability to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniques
- Support the creation and delivery of documentation in support of assigned programs
- Develop graphics and graphical presentations as required
- Provide recommendations of assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinates

- Display clear understanding of mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings and products
- Possess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with diverse groups, evaluate issues, and reach consensus across all stakeholders
