State Street AlphaSM is looking to augment/integrate with 3rd party tools and/or services to power better performance and outcomes at every point on the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including front, middle, back office functions
- 15+ years operational and/or technical experience working across leading front, middle, back office systems
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Front/Middle Office business engagement, understanding the customer’s needs vs our current capabilities and recommending solutions for development and implementation
- Commercialization of products and services (how to price, articulate value proposition, sales support)
- Think outside the box in producing solutions that work on an end-to-end basis (Front, Middle, Back)
- Articulate the vision, design the solution, assist as necessary to implement the solution (bring to life)
- Writing and presenting business cases that are supportable with appropriate financial (ROI) analysis
- Partner effectively with broader product organization as well as delivery and client coverage teams
Other
- Leadership and ability to bring together teams across different levels and disciplines within the organization
- Outstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills across all levels of management
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
