Equities Product Control is looking to solve the problem of leading the Corporates, Convertible Bonds and Financing Product Control team based in New York, working with a wide range of equity products, and interacting with senior stakeholders across the finance organization at JPMorganChase
Requirements
- 6+ years Product Control experience or equivalent
- Experience within Product Control related to equity products and derivatives
- Solid understanding of Equity Derivatives and an understanding of associated exotic products including accompanying risks
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing the Americas Corporates, Convertible Bonds, and Financing Product Control team responsible for the production and reporting of the Daily P&L and Risk and ensuring it is completed in an efficient and controlled manner
- Being responsible for integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
- Partnering with the business and its stakeholders to implement robust controls and implement strategic initiatives
- Identifying and Implementing continuous improvements and ensuring processes adapt to meet changing systems and control requirements

- Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level
