- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with external employers and industry partners to create internship and apprenticeship opportunities for scholars.
- Coordinate and manage the placement of scholars in various internship and apprenticeship programs.
- Develop and maintain a database of internship and apprenticeship opportunities and placements.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of scholars in their respective internship and apprenticeship programs.
- Ensure that scholars meet the performance and conduct expectations of the employers.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to scholars throughout their placements.
- Organize and attend meetings, workshops, and events to promote internship and apprenticeship programs.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
- Experience working in educational settings or with youth programs is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
