Requirements
- Product development
- Lab bench prototyping
- Regulatory understanding
- Food science & chemistry fundamentals (stability, sensory)
- Nutrition science: ability to design formulations that meet nutritional goals, macronutrient ratios, micronutrient dosage, dietary claims, allergens, etc.
Responsibilities
- Propose prototypes that meet cost targets and profile asks
- working beside Marketing, Regulatory, and manufacturing teams to offer a solution
- accelerating the team forward through development

- Desired Major: Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a closely related field
- Desired Class Year: Junior, Senior, Master's, or PHD
