Amway's Account Management team needs to design, develop, and continuously improve Account Management Workspace tools globally. These tools provide reports, insights, and AI/ML-driven analysis to support key Amway distributors worldwide. The intern will contribute to modernizing these tools and enhancing the product experience through localization, data analysis, and competitive analysis, while also working with AI models for account management use cases.

Responsibilities
- design, development and continuous improvement of Account Management Workspace tools globally
- provides a comprehensive suite of reports, insights, and AI/ML drive analysis
- exposed to various technologies, systems and methodologies used to develop a competitive modern account analysis platform
- work with teams in various countries where Amway operates to help improve the product experience via localization analysis, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, competitive analysis and assist with global rollout
- work with leading AI models enabling a number of account management use cases
- gather and analyze requirements
- gather and analyze product utilization data

- Desired Major: Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), or Management / Computer Information Systems (MIS / CIS)
