Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of CMBS, Non-Agency RMBS, Agency RMBS, ABS & esoteric sectors
- Understanding of collateral that back securitized deals
- Understanding of deal structures
- Ability to value, trade, and structure securitized products
- Familiarity with mortgage and asset backed products
Responsibilities
- Analyze current trades/structures
- Assist in the marketing of products through salesperson interaction
- Develop and deliver a final sales-pitch presentation for a pre-selected offering
- Understand and explain deal structures to clients
- Value, trade, and structure securitized products
- Interact with origination, trading, structuring, analytics, and sales personnel
- Provide meaningful contributions to the desk

- Ability to deliver the full capabilities of BAML Global Investment Banking to clients
