EssilorLuxottica is looking to collect, analyze, and track customer satisfaction data for all lines of business in the NACC to identify successes and opportunities in the customer service arena, and to propose improvement solutions for business processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills
  • Developed critical thinking ability.
  • The ability to identify and translate process or system issues into proactive problem solving action steps.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collects customer satisfaction data through i3 after call surveys and survey monkey online surveys.
  • Analyzes customer satisfaction data to highlight successes and opportunities in the customer service arena.
  • Assists in work affiliated with customer satisfaction and customer experience.
  • Assists in analyzing and proposing improvement solutions for business processes and procedures.
  • Participates on special projects as assigned.

Other

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years progressive experience in contact center environment or equivalent.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills including advanced spelling and grammar skills, with an emphasis on technical writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Superb organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all employee levels and customers.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
