Ascension Data Science Institute (ADSI) is seeking to support Ascension's mission of achieving the Quadruple Aim through the development of analyses, models, and applications that enable higher value healthcare and strategic decision-making. The Analyst role is focused on improving care through digital health technologies like SMS, email, and app-based patient nudge programs.
Requirements
- Competent SQL skills are required
- Experience working with EHR, medical billing and coding, claims, and/or other healthcare data is preferred
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Looker, and/or Salesforce is desirable
Responsibilities
- Support nudge program data requirements and quality assurance, using criteria provided by clinical teams
- Build and monitor data processing pipelines, working closely with data engineering and other technical teams to manage the data infrastructure needed to evaluate and scale programs
- Perform analytics around nudge programs, including implementation, quality, and outcomes reporting
- Build reporting dashboards that deliver on clinical and business stakeholder requirements, including documentation of data elements and metrics
- Support ad hoc analytic requests and communicate findings to stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and guidance

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
