CCL needs to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions to support Sales and Guest Services functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL-based reporting essential.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft SSMS), and understanding of database design concepts.
  • Experience with reporting tools and platforms such as Hyperion, Tableau, and Workforce Management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ad hoc reports and perform detailed analyses to support business decisions.
  • Utilize SQL and other tools to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources, including CMS, Data Warehouse, Workforce Management systems, Reservations system, Hyperion, and Tableau.
  • Assist with projects aimed at improving reporting capabilities and operational efficiency within the Commercial & Operational Reporting Department.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes.
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
  • Contribute to monthly operational reporting, including the CCL Operations Book and Contact Center reporting.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics.
  • Prior experience in a commercial or operational reporting environment preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week.
  • Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
  • In addition to other duties/functions, this position requires full commitment and support for promoting ethical and compliant culture.
