The Configuration Management and Data Management (CMDM) organization at Raytheon is looking to ensure products are under configuration control and delivered on time, and is seeking an Analyst to perform configuration management activities.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- General knowledge and understanding of following policies, procedures, and processes with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges
- Solid competency in project planning
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies
- Problem solving skills and ability to identify impact to other organizations
- Experience reviewing data and/or processing documentation/records
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements
- Establish procedures for, and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processes
- Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities
- Ensures implementation of customer and internal configuration management requirements
- Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies
- Implement change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance
- Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines
Other
- A University Degree (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience
- Experience working and collaborating in a group environment
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
