Calvin Klein is seeking to enhance customer engagement, marketing performance, and overall business impact through data-driven insights and analytics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field, preferably within a retail or ecommerce environment
  • Proven track record of applying analytics techniques to solve business problems and influence marketing strategy
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with particular comfort using CTEs (common table expressions) or correlated subqueries to manipulate large datasets (millions of records)
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to write and edit complex formulas
  • Experience with VBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic data visualization or business intelligence tools is a bonus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing customer and marketing analyses to inform segmentation strategies, campaign planning, and performance measurement
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver data-informed recommendations on acquisition, retention, and personalization strategies
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, behaviors, and emerging opportunities in customer behavior
  • Contribute to testing initiatives (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing) by supporting test setup, tracking, and result interpretation
  • Help maintain and improve repeatable processes that streamline reporting and analytical workflows
  • Stay curious: proactively explore the data, ask questions, and contribute ideas for new analyses or optimizations

Other

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
  • Organized: Able to manage tasks, prioritize deadlines, and keep projects moving efficiently
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Able to analyze data logically and creatively tackle analytical challenges
  • Curious & Eager to Learn: Excited to grow technical skills and explore unfamiliar datasets or tools
