Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
- Knowledge of writing SQL queries and executing them using HIVE, LUMI
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent qualitative analytical skills
- Knowledge of programming tools like SQL/Python and Data visualization technique like Tableau will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Diagnose data findings and work towards uplifting and enriching merchant account information
- Deliver on reporting needs for merchant onboarding & maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and industry standards
- Verify merchant account set up data accuracy and oversight
- Provision of analytical & reporting activities to support forums updating leaders

- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to improve merchant account processes and procedures

- Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
