The job is looking to solve the problem of developing, maintaining, and distributing key performance reports and dashboards within the Sourcing function, and contributing to strategic projects within the Industrial department by providing data-driven insights to monitor and analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and sourcing KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience with PowerBI and/or other advanced data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute monthly KPI reports to stakeholders across the organization, including supplier cost uploads, Purchase Price Variances, Cost Savings and overall sourcing efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI to track and visualize sourcing performance metrics, including PPV, supplier performance, and cost-related KPIs.
- Analyze supplier performance trends and report on potential impacts to cost structures, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Work with sourcing teams to ensure the tracking of relevant supplier metrics is consistent and aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
- Supports Product Development activities, in the perspective of supplier costs data management, allowing the team to perform cost comparison analysis during this process.
- Develops and maintains important reports accurate and readily available to the Strategic Sourcing team to utilize, including but not limited to Supplier Scorecards, Cost Savings, Cost Upload Monitoring and Supplier Capability Matrix.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data reporting, including the automation of routine reports and manual tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
