Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of models that drive key business decisions for Consumer Banking Group at First National Bank of Omaha
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or another data-related field
- Coursework or project experience with Python and SQL
- Exposure to model development, data analysis, or forecasting through internships, research, or academic projects
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining predictive and statistical models for Consumer Banking
- Perform ongoing model monitoring, back-testing, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Support documentation and reporting related to model performance and compliance
- Work with senior team members to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Prepare and share results with business stakeholders in a clear and understandable way
- Partner with Corporate Risk and Model Risk Management teams to ensure models meet governance standards
