Ahold Delhaize USA is looking to bridge the gap between business needs and the PMDM solution by analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement or automation and to work with the business to deploy new capabilities inside the solution.

Requirements

  • Domain applications/process expert across legacy systems and PMDM.
  • Responsible for keeping PMDM system training up to date.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, IT, or data management
  • Strong understanding of grocery supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, warehouse functions, and related documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, ASNs).
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain data elements, including UPCs, pallet patterns, and load building standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by defining and prioritizing key capabilities to optimize the product lifecycle inside the existing PMDM tool.
  • Translates business product goals and objectives into clear business requirements documents and partners with the Product Team to develop actionable product strategies.
  • Collaborates with IT, Product and 3rd party tool support to ensure the tool's functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Leads training and system demos for all users.
  • Leads end to end UAT and ticket support.
  • Responsible for the development of relevant test scripts and driving UAT activities, participates in scrum ceremonies, and supports change management activities (e.g. training, communications).
  • Ensures end users are well supported and IT tickets/root cause analysis are completed within department SLA's.

  • Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the appointment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a concentration in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to identify data patterns and exceptions quickly.
