QinetiQ US seeks to support federal law enforcement agency clients in generating business requirements to ensure I.T. systems meet operational and reporting needs
Requirements
- Basic experience in business requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Foundational knowledge of IT service management and enterprise systems - including exposure to ServiceNow ITSM processes
- Understanding of federal IT governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience with enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft Power Suite, and various IT management platforms
- Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts effectively to federal government clients and law enforcement stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with IT portfolio management concepts
Responsibilities
- Organize, facilitate, and actively attend meetings, working sessions, and briefings
- Conduct meetings to gather and analyze requirements
- Conduct data analysis using all forms of data along with providing recommendations based on findings
- Teaching and training team members and new hires in support processes, tools, and technologies
- Data entry and updates to agency systems
- Assist with coordination of data calls
- Provide reporting in multiple forms such as Power Bi, Excel, and Power Point
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate federal security clearance
- Background investigation required
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience
