Salesforce is looking to drive business growth, Go-To-Market execution, strategic planning, business analysis, and growth across its product portfolio by hiring an Analyst to work on various global projects across functions and customer segments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years work experience focused on quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and logical reasoning
- Experience aggregating large datasets using SQL, Python, and / or Tableau required
- High degree of comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
- Work experience in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, or sales operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
- Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations
- Maintain weekly forecasts of business performance for product leadership
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, crafting the messages for sales and product leadership
- Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the businesses
- Troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
