American Express is migrating from CAS to AMP and needs to support the business requirements from a risk strategy perspective for this migration.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field of study
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas
- Strong analytical acumen, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis specific to customer management strategies to inform and optimize AMP requirements
- Partner with multiple constituents across the enterprise, especially RPDS, GSG and Tech to enable execution of credit risk strategies in POA AMP platform, moving over from CAS.
- Partner with functional risk strategy owners across markets and functions to understand existing processes and translate into functional requirements
- Support end to end testing before, during and post release
- Provide testing and post-production support and transition delivered journey to functional teams
- Support preparation of updates to senior strategy leaders and get inputs on relevant items
- Track post launch volumes and prepare MIS specific to AMP journey launches
