Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.)
- Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to address them
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work products
