Requirements
- Intermediate to expert SQL and QA experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and Git version control
- Proficiency in JIRA (reporting, KB articles)
- Strong understanding of MS SQL Server features
- Familiarity with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, SSRS)
- SQL Server Certification (Querying)
- Advanced scripting/programming (C-Sharp, Python, Java, JavaScript)
Responsibilities
- Own daily product and data operations, supporting critical client systems with precision and urgency.
- Configure and customize software applications to meet client-specific needs within platform capabilities.
- Analyze and resolve client-reported issues, meeting SLAs and maintaining system integrity.
- Design and script using advanced MS SQL Server tools, including SSIS, SSAS, XML, and Service Broker.
- Conduct deep data analysis using SQL, proprietary applications, Azure App Insights, Data Dog logs, and JIRA.
- Participate in QA and UAT, ensuring readiness and success for every deployment.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to operational excellence.
