The FIFA26 Ticketing team needs a Data Analyst to ensure seamless data flow, report generation, data quality assurance, and technical support for their ticketing systems, working in close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Experience with reporting tools - Power BI
- Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large volumes of data and handling the associated pressure and stress
- Extensive experience in generating and managing reports for various stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support the integration of the ticketing software with internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization
- Monitor and verify data quality across the ticketing and internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Contribute towards data quality standards and best practices to maintain data integrity
- Provide ongoing support for the integrated systems, addressing any technical issues that arise
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate and relevant data insights
- Assist in setting up, creating, and distributing reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the accuracy and timeliness of reports, customizing them according to the needs of different departments

- Reporting organizationally to the Ticketing & Hospitality Director
- Work in close collaboration with the Ticketing Project Management Team and other key individuals
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and expectations are managed
