Requirements
Understanding and proficiency in querying internal and external data sources
Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python
Ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with project management methodologies
Experience with version control/collaborative tools, such as GitHub
Experience with automation tools, such as PowerBI, Databricks
High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
Responsibilities
Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders
Provide analytical support and consultancy of internal/external customers
Provide advisory service for internal/external senior leaders
Query a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights
Create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools
Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life
Support internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise
Other
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
