Requirements
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, Angular) and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data profiling, data quality, and performance tuning
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives
- Independently decompose complex processes into actionable components that can be improved or automated using data and custom software solutions
- Design and deliver tailored tools, ranging from analytics dashboards to operational applications, that drive measurable value for the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Data Strategists, and Data Scientists to deploy software solutions against complex problems
- Contribute to product development by recommending features, improving functionality, and enhancing user experience based on customer feedback and technical insight
- Apply AI-driven development tools and prompt engineering techniques to analyze data and optimize software performance and process efficiency
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, and/or other related field
- Three (3) years of related technical experience required
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinical analytics environments
- Eligible for Hybrid Remote work
- Scheduled Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
