Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting and implementing Database Modeling.
- 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure.
- 5 + years of experience in advanced analytics utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Palantir, Databricks, and Python.
- Advanced proficiency in designing and managing secure data environments.
- Expert-level skills in cloud data warehouse (DWC).
- Mastery in Database Modeling creating advanced scorecards, and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for Medicaid, Eligibility, and other Human Services programs.
- Ensure all dashboards and reports comply with federal and state reporting requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies for Human Services programs, including Medicaid and Eligibility.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage data for operational improvements and policy decisions.
- Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support program goals.
- Oversee data collection, integration, and validation processes to ensure high-quality analytics outputs.
- Coordinate with IT and data governance teams to uphold data standards and best practices.

- Ability to travel 10 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 10 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services.
- Project Management Certified professional preferred.
