Requirements
- Experience with launching new assessments including integration, UAT, change management, and training
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams to evaluate assessments and knowledge of assessment-related laws/regulations, EEOC, UGESP, and OFCCP guidelines
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle and/or experience with project management
- Experience with agile methodology and Jira or similar tools
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including multivariate statistics, regression modeling, latent variable analysis (e.g., factor analysis, SEM), and longitudinal data analysis
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify improvement areas and derive actionable insights
- Develop innovative assessment solutions based on observations and data
- Lead job analyses and create skills and competency-based frameworks
- Design, develop, validate, implement, and enhance assessment tools against OKRs
- Create data tools and dashboards to monitor metrics and track progress
- Evaluate assessment tools using statistical and psychometric methods
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency for users and the business

- Build stakeholder relationships and shape the vision and OKRs for assessment tools
- Coordinate with partner groups to ensure resource alignment and timeline adherence
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure policy and regulation compliance
- PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline such as Behavioral Science, Data Science, or Applied Statistics
- 6+ years of applied experience with selection assessment projects involving job analysis, criterion validation, adverse impact analyses, and ongoing statistical evaluation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in varying ways, depending on the audience and need
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach and develop others to support the development of high-performing teams
