Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models that support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting. Drive automation and improve business performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with the Anaplan platform, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations* focused on incentive compensation or revenue models.
- Proven experience in Anaplan model building and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Anaplan certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Anaplan applications to support incentive compensation and revenue management processes.
- Enhance existing models and ensure new solutions are designed for scalability and seamless system integration.
- Maintain and continuously improve current Anaplan models to increase automation, streamline data integration, and enhance the user experience.
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug models to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Provide technical support and assist end-users with Anaplan-related issues.
- Stay informed on new Anaplan features and leverage them to improve functionality and business outcomes.
- Document model architecture, configurations, and development processes for sustainability and knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan models and dashboards.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Data teams to align Anaplan with enterprise systems and processes.
