Liberty Mutual is seeking an Anaplan Principal Configuration Engineer to support Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting needs within their FP&A groups, impacting financial plans across all business units and the company as a whole.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of Anaplan configuration experience.
- Minimum 5+ years specifically building scalable and maintainable Anaplan models.
- Demonstrated experience writing optimized Anaplan formulas and ensuring model performance and governance.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (EPR, CRM, data warehouses).
- Experience acting as a technical advisor/coach on complex Anaplan issues.
- Familiarity with Informatica or similar ETL tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Under general direction, acts as a technical expert who consults on highly complex projects.
- Deavises or modifies procedures to solve technical problems.
- Responsible for system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Leads and directs the work of team members.
- Develops maintainable/scalable, effective, defect free source code that meets business requirements and team standards.
- Conducts unit test case development.
- Develops highly complex test scripts.

- This role has a hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite) and we are considering candidates based in Boston, MA.
