Google Fi Wireless app needs new features designed, developed, and tested from concept to launch to improve user experience and expand subscriber base.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with software development in the Java or Kotlin programming language.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with Android Application development.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 2 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience in iOS development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test new features for the Google Fi Wireless app, from concept to launch.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code, primarily in Kotlin.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical debt, improve the app's performance, and ensure its stability and reliability.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements and designs into a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to code reviews, author design docs, write unit and integration tests, and participate in interrupt rotations to support the app in production.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
