Our team's deep expertise spans cellular network operations, iOS and Android app development, and subscription business operations. The Fi team applies Google's AI to solve complex, real-world problems - from AI-enhanced call audio to AI billing summaries to AI-powered cohort analysis - that helps Google Fi customers stay reliably connected to what’s most important to them.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with Android application development.
- Experience with wireless networking.
- Experience in backend servers with standard Google backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions on Android in Kotlin and Java.
- Work with REST APIs and Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs).
- Run A/B tests and analyze metrics.
- Collaborate with other Google and Fi product teams to scope and launch new services and features.
- Troubleshoot and debug user and partner issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Passion for learning new technologies and exploring new domains.
