Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) needs a Senior Angular Developer to provide technical leadership for the development and administration of Angular applications and supporting environments for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). This role will ensure a highly stable and quality environment for critical agency websites and web applications.
Requirements
- Experience writing and maintaining web applications in Angular
- Experience writing web interfaces in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Proven understanding of ES6+, Typescript, and RxJS fundamentals
- Proven understanding of Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
- Proven understanding of Material and Bootstrap
- Proven experience with unit testing and code review
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for development and administration of the Angular applications and supporting environments
- Provide technical strategy, planning, architecture, research, analysis, design, development, implementation, diagnostics, and management of all technical aspects of agency websites and web applications
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a highly stable, quality environment for Angular applications
- Be involved with the most complex and critical systems at the MPCA
- Experience writing and maintaining web applications in Angular
- Experience writing web interfaces in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Proven understanding of ES6+, Typescript, and RxJS fundamentals

- This position is temporary and includes full state fringe benefits; it is anticipated to last up to two (2) years.
- This position requires an employee to be onsite at 520 Lafayette Road North, Saint Paul, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.
