Love Justice International (LJI) is looking to accelerate the expansion and evolution of their anti-human trafficking software, Searchlight, by developing new features that enhance data collection, intelligence-led investigations, and trend analysis. This role aims to support efforts to prevent trafficking, increase arrests, and scale their global impact.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack development (preferably Django and AngularJS or similar frameworks).
- Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Experience in software development management is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and expand Searchlight, developing new features to improve intelligence gathering and trend analysis.
- Optimize data collection across multiple operational contexts and design user-friendly interfaces for data visualization.
- Support tech-related projects, including automation and API integrations for LJI’s extensive use of Google Sheets and other platforms.
- Contribute to innovation efforts, working on projects that increase LJI’s ability to scale its anti-trafficking impact.
