Apex Fintech Solutions is looking for Software Engineers I to join their Apex Leadership & Development Program (ALDP), a program designed for recent college graduates to explore the financial services industry and technology teams within Apex, providing intensive training and career development.
Requirements
- Work with a variety of languages/frameworks, such as Java, Go, Python, and technologies such as RDBMS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, Python, Go, or C.
- Experience with RDBMS and modern software development practices.
- Ability to start early July 2026 alongside other cohort members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of languages/frameworks, such as Java, Go, Python, and technologies such as RDBMS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Learn from and apply design techniques and coding standards coached by Senior Engineers.
- Build resilient, self-scaling, self-healing services that ensure stability and reliability.
- Support the production systems that you build, incorporating CI/CD processes and production monitoring tools like DataDog.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to code reviews.
- Participate in training to develop technical and financial domain knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum requirement of a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
