SHINE Systems is seeking to solve complex financial, acquisition and analytic data processes in a fast-paced multi-contractor environment by designing, building, and maintaining Appian applications
Requirements
- Valid Appian certification (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher)
- Proficiency in SAIL, Appian Data Stores, and Process Models
- Strong understanding of Appian plug-ins and integration methods (REST, SOAP, Web Services)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- 3+ years of strong experience with Appian v24.4.X, Appian v20.X, and Appian v19.X
- Experience with Appian RPA and Appian AI capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using Appian BPM Suite
- Develop Appian objects such as Records, Reports, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, and Web APIs
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Appian applications for performance and scalability
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems and data sources
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Create Tempo reports, Records, and business rules while troubleshooting issues

- U.S. Citizenship
- Current TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph or the ability to obtain one
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software design, development, maintenance, and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
