Apple is seeking to drive the evolution of the customer experience and product management across the Apple Card lifecycle, by defining and driving the product roadmap for key aspects of Apple Card.
Requirements
- Ability to dive into technical details and designs including large-scale service architectures and app/web platforms
- Proficiency in financial services or fintech; credit card domain expertise is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure customer engagement and improve portfolio performance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with API-based products with complex integrations
- Strong collaborator with technical, operations, credit, fraud, and security teams
- Experience launching and scaling customer-focused products, including go-to-market and communication strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead product vision, strategy, and detailed use case development in close partnership with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Human Interface, Engineering, Product, Legal, Business Development, and Operations to deliver innovative products from concept through launch
- Represent business priorities and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring readiness across all stakeholders and optimizing for measurable impact
- Evangelize product strategy to build alignment across executives, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners
- Dive into technical details when needed to guide teams leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Drive progress by combining technical proficiency, a strong sense of user experience, tact and business insight
Other
- 6+ years experience in Product Management roles, including at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch
- Travel may be required
- Excellent presentation abilities and be able to drive a concrete vision and requirements that rally the team and ultimately, delight customers
- Effective problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous situations and drive actionable insights
- Skilled communicator and influencer who can distill complex business and technical topics to drive alignment across executives and cross-functional teams globally
