Manage and troubleshoot multiple applications in support of Wellmark’s systems.
Requirements
- 5 years of direct and applicable experience OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study plus 1 years of network administration, database administration management experience (ex. Angular 2 (or newer), NodeJS (or newer), TypeScript, C, .NET, Java,, or analyzing data and utilizing reporting tools such as SQL, Business Objects/Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to react quickly and taking steps to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot issues
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and troubleshoot the root cause of the problem
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot multiple applications in support of Wellmark’s systems.
- Provide tactical troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents and problems while collaborating with application delivery, infrastructure and other business partners.
- Maintain documentation and evaluate changes to determine the risk to current environments.
