Requirements
- Experience working in PB
- Epic certification in PB preferred
- Ability to perform job functions while using computer systems and software
Responsibilities
- assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications
- maintaining system updates
- supporting operational end users
- Provides proactive and reactive support
- lead designated projects
- provides input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency
- participates in team and project meetings
Other
- A high school diploma and four years directly related experience; or an Associates' degree and two years directly related experience; or a Bachelors' Degree in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, project leadership and communication skills required
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
