Corpay is looking to hire an Application Developer to design, develop, and implement applications to support business requirements within their North America Vehicle Payments line of business.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented language/frameworks, relational database management systems, web technologies, and/or other software application development platforms.
- Proficiency in implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Stay up to date with recent technology developments and application development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing and maintaining custom applications or configuration of corporate application systems and services.
- Analyzing and designing application systems encompassing the development, modification and translation of user requirements.
- Planning, investigating and proposing systems and application solutions.
- Preparing workflow for writing, testing and maintain in computer programs.
- Preparing program specifications and diagrams and develop coding logic.
- Encoding, testing debugs and installing the operating program and procedures in coordination with Operations and Infrastructure and Departments.
- Correcting, testing and documenting changes to existing programs.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 1-2 year’s work experience in a related field
- Able to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication, design, and documentation skills are required.
