The Minnesota Lottery needs an Application Developer to gather, design, develop, test, and implement new applications and systems, including redesigning existing platforms. This role is critical for automating routine tasks, improving communication between the agency and IT, and ensuring systems are user-friendly, secure, robust, and maintainable.
Requirements
- Designing and implementing solutions in ServiceNow
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on usage and dashboards
- Architecting and building SharePoint sites
- Designing and developing new applications and systems
- Experience in GoAnywhere, and PowerApps solutions
- ServiceNow certifications - Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Architect and design new ServiceNow platform for ITSM (IT Service Management), Asset Management, Change Management and more
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on usage.
- Develop Chief Information Officer, Managers, and Individual dashboards in ServiceNow
- Design new Intake interfaces
- Project Technical lead for Intranet development, design, and implementation
- Develop automation for IT tasks to enable the end user.
- Develop PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline processes and approvals

- Network and build professional relationships with technical representatives to drive new technology and solutions using SharePoint and ServiceNow.
