Accenture Federal Services is looking to solve production support issues for their federal clients by efficiently resolving Tier 3 tickets and rectifying data discrepancies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL Developer
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials
- Experience in running queries in SQL Developer
- Experience in writing SQL scripts
- Experience analyzing code in PeopleSoft App Designer
Responsibilities
- Independently handle Tier 3 production support tickets and close them out in a timely manner
- Communicate with team members and Tier 2 support desk agents to address reported issues
- Run queries in SQL Developer to identify and fix bad data
- Write SQL scripts to correct bad data
- Analyze code functionality in PeopleSoft App Designer
