Responsibilities
- Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
- Develop highly scalable, distributed, compute intensive system.
- Perform design and code reviews.
- Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software, specifically in HR and Benefits Domain.
- Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables.
- Troubleshooting issues and provide production support to clients and customers.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
