Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Specialist to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules—specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Taxation, and Fixed Assets—as part of a major finance transformation initiative for leading organizations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP S4HANA Finance SAP Accounts Payables Taxation and Fixed Assets and related modules
- Experience with S4 FICO and integration preferred with Kyriba Concur Agiloft Blackline
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform BTP
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, Taxation, Fixed Assets).
- Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to leverage standard functionality and minimize custom development.
- Ensure robust integration with third-party systems including Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, and BlackLine.
- Independently create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
- Provide expert guidance to product owners, functional teams, QA, and compliance stakeholders.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 5 years in SAP S4HANA Finance GLARAPTaxFixed AssetsBank Accounting
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry with experience in Seed Accounting being a plus
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- SAP certification in S4HANA Finance is highly desirable
