The Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank (DSHB) is seeking to improve global access to validated antibodies, automate internal workflows, and support the long-term scalability of information technology
Requirements
- Prior experience with JavaScript
- Experience in developing web applications using PHP MVC frameworks to automate and optimize industry-specific workflows
- Prior experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Prior programming in SuiteScript also desirable
- Experience developing AI-chatbots in an academic or research environment
Responsibilities
- Consult with users to define functional/technical specifications for limited scope solutions
- Analyze functional and technical requirements for improvements to DSHB’s public-facing website and internal content systems, including online digital forms and portals (ordering and depositing)
- Collaborate across teams to build and maintain a searchable antibody validation knowledgebase and integrate with other open-access digital tools
- Structure and curate knowledge assets (protocols, SOPs, customer support interactions) to facilitate AI tool development

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship in the United States
