The IT Health Solutions Portfolio team needs to deliver and support new solutions and enhancements to multiple systems and applications. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, high-quality software solutions with a focus on integrating security and automation throughout the SDLC, emphasizing clean code, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native delivery within the Azure environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue, with understanding of component-based architecture.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with .NET or Java-based applications and experience working on Windows or Linux platforms.
- Understanding of networking and security fundamentals (e.g., HTTP, SSL, DNS, Active Directory).
- Working knowledge of SQL and API integrations.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces and application programs using technical specifications and design documents, focusing on modern frameworks and cloud-native solutions.
- Build efficient and cost-effective implementations, leveraging reusable components where possible.
- Support operational excellence by assisting with incident resolution, process automation, and smooth deployments for technology products and platform features.
- Apply CI/CD practices to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of applications.
- Monitor and manage software configuration changes, using cloud monitoring tools to ensure data reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for multiple application platforms or business processes, ensuring seamless integration in a cloud environment.
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices tailored for Azure, contribute to infrastructure as code, and work closely with developers, testers, and cloud engineers to ensure code is secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one.
Other
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in application development and support, preferably in cloud-based environments.
- Experience or interest in containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with tools like Epic or Salesforce Health Cloud.
