The County is looking to solve the problem of providing and supporting custom web, mobile, and desktop software solutions for both County staff and citizens.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud development
- .NET MVC or Forms Framework
- Visual Studio
- NoSQL databases
- KnockoutJS, AngularJS or NodeJS
- Experience with mobile application development
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform system and program enhancements
- Develop and conduct system and program testing
- Receive, prioritize, and respond to staff, end user, department, and citizen requests for troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution of problems and failures
- Assist on approved projects
- Provide technical assistance and conduct necessary research and analysis
- Act as a resource to management, users, and departments
- Interact with vendors as required
Other
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other closely related fields
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License
- Ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, division and department heads, public/private sector contacts, and County administration
- Ability to organize work, establish priorities, meet established deadlines, and follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction
