Responsibilities
- Develops and/or configures software of moderate scope and complexity
- Resolves tier 2 and 3 support inquiries by addressing intermediate issues and following standard practices and defined solutions
- Performs unit testing for a variety of programs, verifies tests are correct and meet their design, ensures written code is performing as intended
- Creates and maintains quality assurance and production environment deployment documents for internal reference and utilization
- Designs simple system specifications
- Participates in code reviews
- Installs and configures developer tools
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 2 years application development experience, or 6 years application development experience
- Independently solves complex problems
- Mentors Level I and II developers and participates in cross training
- Understands how daily work impacts the business
