The ERP team within IT at BCBSM is looking to create and maintain applications for different business areas by utilizing applications built using the .Net framework with SQL server.
Requirements
- Knowledge of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Structure) and Agile methodology
- Hands on technology experience of designing and developing software applications with Microsoft.NET Framework using C-Sharp, ASP.NET
- Experience using tools such as Visual Studio.Net
- Proficiency in Visual Studio
- Hands on experience with SQL Server
- Knowledge of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Views and Database Design
- Knowledge of PowerShell development for Windows based migration and automation projects
Responsibilities
- Code applications using a disciplined development process.
- Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework.
- Create data extracts and reports from system based on requirements.
- Develop, execute, and document unit test plans.
- Support and/or execute all testing efforts across the life cycle.
- Assist in the deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment.
- Troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develops solutions.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3) years of advanced programming techniques and application design required.
