The Office of Financial Management (OFM) needs to integrate diverse applications, platforms, and technologies across multiple state agencies.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of recent professional IT experience in developing applications and/or workflows in a modern language (Java, .Net, etc.)
  • Experience in data architecture, database management, data and application integration solutions, system integration, and/or data quality
  • Current working experience in Server and Web-services dominated environments
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Data Integration Hub (DIH), and Informatica Data Management HUB (IDMC)
  • Experience with SQL Server or other SQL-based database systems
  • Experience engineering complex data and application integration solutions for enterprise systems
  • Experience in enterprise systems and integration technologies and methods

Responsibilities

  • Design application and near-real-time data integration solutions
  • Develop code to integrate data between disparate applications built on different platforms and technologies
  • Create scripts in a variety of scripting languages to aid in the orchestration of data and application integration solutions
  • Write and maintain code in multiple languages for web-services (SOAP and REST) and APIs
  • Utilize a variety of integration tools to include SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), IBM WebSphere MQ, Informatica Data Integration Hub (DIH), Informatica Power Exchange, SnowFlake and other technologies as appropriate
  • Use SQL to code, build and modify database objects that support application integration solutions
  • Build web service definition language (WSDL) documents to define the request and response of the web service

Other

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Additional two years of relevant professional experience may substitute for the educational requirement
