Starbucks is looking to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to support their business operations, specifically in the areas of HRSD, CSM, and LSD.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise experience as a ServiceNow Developer with experience in HRSD, CSM, LSD
- 5+ years of enterprise experience as a ServiceNow Developer with ITOM, ITAM, CMDB background
- Strong JavaScript experience
- UIBuilder, HTML/CSS experience
- Knowledge of data structures, relational databases
Responsibilities
- Help define the solutions and direction for the ServiceNow platform and HRSD, CSM, and Legal Service Delivery.
- Develop and implement solutions in support of ServiceNow HRSD, CSM and Legal Services Delivery
- Contribute to the design, implementation, support, and expansion of our ServiceNow platform.
- Enhance, maintain, and support existing integrations.
- Provide support and guidance to team members
